摘要

目的:观察激痛点长针雀啄透刺治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:115例患者采用长针雀啄透刺第三腰椎横突附近的激痛点治疗

隔日1次

1周治疗3次

10次为一疗程

治疗1个疗程后评定临床疗效。结果:治愈35例

好转69例

无效11例

总有效率为90.4%。结论:激痛点长针雀啄透刺治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效优良

安全性好。
