摘要

从中西医对糖尿病及糖尿病周围神经病的认识出发

从现代医学的角度探讨糖尿病周围神经病(DPN)的发病机制与中医瘀血之间的关系

得出瘀血是糖尿病周围神经病的关键病机。并提出从"瘀"论DPN的针灸治疗应分两步

首先应对产生瘀血的病机进行分析

从病机着手

阻断疾病的发展

从而消除症状;其次遵循"宛陈则除之"原则

应采用针刺的手段祛除"瘀血"等病理产物

从而达到标本兼治的目的。
