摘要

简述阿是穴、压痛点和激痛点的概念和发展历史。三者皆为疼痛或内脏疾病的反应点

但从理论来源上讲

阿是穴源于经筋理论

压痛点源于软组织肌肉理论

激痛点源于肌筋膜理论;从解剖特点上讲

阿是穴是在经筋、分肉之间

压痛点是在肌肉的骨骼附着处(起止点)

激痛点是在神经肌肉的运动点上;从反映病症上讲

阿是穴主要反映软组织病变和内脏病变

压痛点主要反映软组织病变

激痛点主要反映软组织病变和少数内脏病变。厘清三者之间的关系

对针灸的靶向治疗具有非常重要的指导意义。
