摘要

通过文献分析探讨针刺治疗类风湿关节炎(RA)的临床选穴规律。检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、VIP、万方、PubMed、Medline和Cochrane 6个中英文数据库中针刺治疗RA的临床文献

建立RA整体选穴及RA不同炎性反应受累部位选穴分析数据库。结果示:1针刺治疗RA的针刺组方共有120条

涉及143个穴位

选穴频次最高为足三里穴;2针刺治疗RA以累及部位的局部选穴为主

不同部位(关节)使用频次较高的穴位组合是:下颌关节:昆仑-解溪(32);指关节:八邪-足三里(22);腕关节:阳溪-阳池(28);肘关节:曲池-足三里(24);肩关节:肩髃-足三里(21);脊柱关节:腰阳关-身柱(13);髋关节:秩边-环跳(18);膝关节:肾俞-阳陵泉(20);踝关节:昆仑-解溪(32);趾关节:八邪-足三里(22);全身关节:阳陵泉-足三里(25);3经熵聚类分析方法进行数据挖掘

得出针刺治疗RA病变累及不同部位的穴位新方共30个。针刺治疗RA选穴具有一定规律

数据挖掘所得的穴位新方疗效还需临床验证。
