历来认为赵文炳刊本是《针灸大成》最早刊本。经过比较发现

现存实际上有两个明代刊本

一系初刊本

中国科学院图书馆藏本即是;一系初刊本的修补本

天津中医药大学图书馆、浙江省图书馆、中国中医科学院图书馆藏本即是。差异只在于卷七《任脉经穴主治》最末"承浆"一条

此条初刊本无

修补本有。这都是明代的

而非清代的刻本。
