摘要

列缺穴又名童玄、腕劳

为手太阴肺经的络穴

又为八脉交会穴之一

通任脉

具有宣肺理气、通经活络之功[1]。列

指陈列、裂开;缺

指缺口、空隙

古代称闪电为列缺。穴在腕上之裂隙与衣袖之边缘处

针下之气常如闪电而上达头面。1关于"头项寻列缺"的探讨《四总穴歌》中有"头项寻列缺"的记载。然而手太阴肺经、手阳明大肠经以及任脉循行皆不上行头项部

故从经络角度

依据"经络所过

主治所及"无法解释"头项寻列缺"之说。若以八脉交会穴为切入
