针灸学术传承有明暗两条线索

包括理论性传承与经验性传承

发展至今

主流针灸理论与经验性临床的关系渐渐相乖

对新的临床技法更是无力解释。既有的针灸理论需要严格地重新检视

新的学术成果宜应审慎地纳入。文献整理、概念考证与学术史考查则是针灸理论研究的关键路径。
