患者

女

35岁。就诊日期:2015年10月9日。主诉:头晕反复发作10年余

加重1周。10年前无明显诱因突然出现头晕

曾先后多次就诊于当地多家医院

查头颅MRI、颈动脉彩色多普勒、颈椎CT、经颅彩色多普勒均未见明显异常

多次服用中西药物

效果不佳

平时血压低

5/5585/55

0 mmHg(1mmHg=0.133kPa)。每到夏季三伏天眩晕症状加重

1周前因家中琐事而突然出现头晕症状加重
