摘要

针刺方向与针刺镇痛的效果关系非常密切。本文分析了针向是否朝向病灶、针向是否循经络走行、针向是否顺神经出颅(脊髓)方向、针向是否与肌肉走行相同等因素与针刺镇痛疗效之间的关系。既往的临床和文献研究结果初步表明

针向病灶的镇痛效果优于不向病灶

而对针向循经络与逆经络、针向病灶与刺中病灶、针向循神经出颅(脊髓)与逆神经出颅(脊髓)、针向循肌肉与逆肌肉走行间的镇痛效果存在争议。这些问题的解决将对优化疼痛病症的针刺方案大有裨益。
