摘要

探索安慰剂效应在针灸疗效产生中的作用。通过对国内外文献中针灸疗法安慰剂效应包含的信任、期待、理解、医患关系和社会文化环境影响等多重因素的分析

发现患者对疾病的认知、期待、注意力、偏好与医患交流

医生的暗示、期待与诊断及治疗环境间接对患者心理的调节等安慰剂效应是针灸疗效产生的重要因素。说明安慰剂效应是针灸疗效密不可分的组成部分。
