摘要

《针灸学》及《针灸治疗学》是近半个多世纪以来高等中医药院校针灸学的统编教材

起着规范与指导针灸教学的作用

在一定程度上代表了学科的发展现状。通过对第1至第7版《针灸学》及第1至第3版《针灸治疗学》统编教材所载病症进行研究

基本能反映目前针灸适宜病症的概况。研究结果发现各版教材所载病症兼顾传承与创新

1/3病症在半数以上教材中重复

1/3病症在各版教材中仅出现1次;病症分类方法采用内、外、妇、儿、皮、骨伤等分科方式

与现代西医以消化系病、呼吸系病等按照系统分类方法不一致;病症名称基本以中医病名为主(病名使用比较混乱)

涉及少量西医病症名

与期刊文献报道基本以西医病名为主不一致。这种病症分类方法的不一致及中西医病症名称使用的不一致是当今针灸学科面临的一个难题

也是阻碍针灸学科发展的重要因素

今后将开展相关比较研究。
