摘要

目的:探讨隔盐隔姜灸"神阙"穴对逼尿肌反射亢进的效应及其作用机制。方法:成年雌性SD大鼠30只

其中20只大鼠采用T9完全脊髓横断方法建立逼尿肌反射亢进模型后随机分为模型组(10只)和艾灸组(10只)

余10只作为假手术组行假脊髓横断手术。艾灸组大鼠出现尿失禁(约造模2周)后

给以隔盐隔姜灸"神阙"穴治疗

每次灸3壮

每日1次

连续治疗7d。各组在干预结束后

进行尿流动力学检测

之后取膀胱逼尿肌

采用免疫蛋白印迹法检测M2、M3受体蛋白表达情况。结果:与假手术组大鼠相比

模型组大鼠排尿间期明显较短(P<0.01)

最大膀胱内压明显较高(P<0.01)

膀胱逼尿肌M2受体蛋白表达显著升高(P<0.05)

M3受体蛋白表达无明显变化(P>0.05);与模型组相比

艾灸组大鼠排尿间期明显较长(P<0.01)

最大膀胱内压明显降低(P<0.01)

膀胱逼尿肌M2受体蛋白表达显著下降(P<0.05)

而M3受体蛋白表达无明显变化(P>0.05);与假手术组相比

艾灸组以上指标差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:隔盐隔姜灸"神阙"穴能抑制脊髓横断大鼠的膀胱过度活动状态

其作用机制可能与减少膀胱逼尿肌M2受体蛋白的表达、抑制逼尿肌的过度收缩有关。
