患者

男

38岁。因右眼睑下垂、眼球运动障碍伴视物双影2个月于2014年10月3日到我科就诊。现病史:2个月前无明显诱因出现右眼睑下垂伴视物重影

眼球向上、向下、向内运动障碍

瞳孔散大伴视物模糊症状。曾就诊于中国人民解放军某医院和哈尔滨医科大学附属第一医院神经内科

明确诊断为脑囊虫病

动眼神经全麻痹。给予阿苯达唑、博思捷、鼠神经生长因子等药物治疗后自觉上睑下
