摘要

结缔组织性外痔多由急、慢性炎性反应反复刺激

使肛门缘皮肤皱襞结缔组织增生、肥大所致

痔内无曲张的静脉丛

发生在肛门前后正中部的皮瓣

多伴有肛裂。往往表现为异物感

肛门不能保持清洁

常有少量粪便及分泌物积存

刺激肛门发痒不适

。对没有明显临床表现的患者

一般无需特别治疗;而临床表现明显者

便后肛门不易擦净

平素自觉肛门有异物感

由于粪便残渣及分泌物刺激

常觉肛门皮肤瘙痒、湿润不洁。对于结缔组织性外痔现多
