摘要

对近10年的腧穴红外温度特性研究情况做一概述。检索中国知网、万方、维普、SciVerse ScienceDirect及Springer等数据库

以"红外热像""腧穴"等为检索词

检索时间从2006年1月1至2016年12月31日。共检索到相关文献468篇

对其中与腧穴红外温度相关的169篇进行精读。从生理状态下

病理状态下以及针刺、艾灸、推拿、埋线、拔罐等疗法刺激后3个方面对腧穴红外温度特性研究概况进行总结。发现目前在生理状态下的腧穴红外温度相关研究开展得不多

所揭示的腧穴红外温度特性还不足以系统地总结腧穴的生理物理特性。病理状态下腧穴红外温度特性的研究

能客观地反映疾病的效应和规律。刺激后的腧穴红外温度特性研究显示观察不同疗法及其不同参数引起的机体某一特定部位红外热像温度的改变

可以推测干预疗法可能的机制及其最优参数或方案

利于定量化诊治的形成和发展。笔者认为腧穴红外温度特性研究对探索腧穴的生理物理特性、疾病效应和规律、定量化诊治等有积极意义。
