研究方案的设计和质量控制是保证临床试验研究质量的关键所在。文章以1项针药联合对多囊卵巢综合征妇女活产率影响的随机对照试验为例

阐述针刺方案由最初的比较效果研究到针刺对照组的增设

最终形成析因分析的方案设计及优化过程

体现方法学设计高度和国际公认度。通过针刺器材统一购置、针灸师多次知识和操作规范化培训与考核、专家分中心现场监察等一系列措施保障了针刺操作标准化实施

提高研究结果的可信性与科学性。
