患者

男

56岁

于2011年3月8日因"双下肢麻木乏力8个月"就诊。于2010年7月无明显诱因突发双下肢麻木乏力

曾于当地医院诊治

颈胸腰椎MRI提示:胸腰椎轻度退变

4椎体Schmorl’s结节

颈及上胸段脊髓内异常信号影

多发硬化或脱髓鞘性病变可能;头颅MRI提示:两侧额顶叶白质及侧脑室脱髓鞘改变;腹部彩超:尿残余量约250mL。诊断为"多发性硬化"。经甲强龙冲击治
