摘要

为进一步分析合谷穴穴性特点

通过学习程莘农院士"穴性"理论以及"三才"进针手法

发现其多样性的穴性特点与针刺层次、方向、透穴、配穴等有关。以合谷穴穴性分析为例强调"穴性"理论的重要性

切不可忽视

只有明辨腧穴穴性的前提下

有的放矢

才可疗效显著。
