摘要

目的:通过腰部脊神经后支的解剖观察

探讨腰部脊神经后支分布与穴位的关系。方法:对5具尸体

进行腰部局部解剖

观察腰部夹脊穴和背俞穴分布区域的竖脊肌和脊神经后支的配布情况。结果:脊柱两侧分布着T_(12)、L_1、L_2、L_3和L_4脊神经后支

其中脊神经后支的内侧支走行在胸棘肌和胸最长肌之间

而脊神经后支的外侧支走行在胸最长肌和腰髂肋肌之间。结论:腰部的夹脊穴和背俞穴

与脊神经后支密切相关

尤其是与T_(12)、L_1、L_2、L_3、L_4脊神经后支密切相关。
