摘要

笔者在跟导师学习期间

采用针刺"胛缝"穴并配合肩胛部隔药隔姜灸治疗菱形肌损伤17例

现报道如下。1临床资料17例患者均来源于2015年6月至2016年5月山东中医药大学附属医院针灸科门诊

其中男11例

女6例;年龄20

6岁

平均(32±4)岁;病程最短14 d

最长1年

平均(6±2)个月。临床表现为肩胛骨内侧缘菱形肌体表投影区出现疼痛和酸胀不适感

多有伏案
