摘要

目的:比较针刺麻醉与西药局部阻滞麻醉行拔牙术的临床疗效差异

探寻临床拔牙术的较佳麻醉方法。方法:将60例拔牙患者随机分为针麻组和药麻组

每组30例。针麻组针刺合谷、内庭

患侧下关、颊车等

得气后行拔牙术

留针至术后10 min;药麻组选用复方盐酸阿替卡因注射液常规局部麻醉后行拔牙术。对两组麻醉效果及镇痛效果[疼痛分级指数(PRI)评分及视觉模拟评分(VAS)]进行临床对比观察

并观察患者术中出血量、不良反应发生率及手术前后血压、脉搏、呼吸情况。结果:两种麻醉方法下

两组患者均成功完成拔牙术。两组麻醉评级优良率、PRI评分、VAS评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);针麻组术中出血量少于药麻组(P<0.01)

不良反应发生率低于药麻组(P<0.05);手术前后两组患者血压、脉搏、呼吸都在正常范围内

两组间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:针刺麻醉下行拔牙术可达到西药局部阻滞的麻醉效果

镇痛完全

且术中生命体征平稳、不良反应少

可作为临床拔牙术的麻醉方法之一。
