摘要

介绍杨骏教授治疗顽固性面瘫的诊治经验。杨骏教授善于运用中医、西医、针灸结合的思维模式

对顽固性面瘫采用辨病、辨证、辨经络相结合的辨证体系

采取对因治疗、整体调理、对症治疗

针、灸、药、闪罐相结合的治疗方式。取穴以阳明经为主

同时重用督脉穴位如大椎、筋缩。手法上局部穴位以多针浅透刺为主

提插捻转行针以达到"徐而和"的针感

并利用力学原理提拉面部。牵正、翳风、阳白加强刺激

可接电针;治疗频次以每周二三次为宜。
