摘要

笔者认为凡是将针刺入皮肤

以防治疾病为目的治疗方法都属于针灸学中的针刺方法。经络腧穴理论虽然是传统针刺的重要理论基础

但在其发展过程中

现代医学的解剖、生理等

已经是现代针灸学的重要组成部分

而干针则只限于激痛点理论。针刺部位方面

传统针刺以穴位为主

但涉及皮肤、肌肉、肌腱、血管与神经等多个层次

而干针主要集中于肌肉。从针刺方法上看

传统针刺疗法的针刺工具有长短粗细之别

针刺方法也非常丰富

既有传统手法

也有借助于现代科技研究成果的电针疗法等

而干针针具单一、手法简单。正因为如此

传统针刺的适应证更广

而干针主要用于肌筋膜疼痛及其相关病症。从知识结构来看

传统针灸医师不仅需要学习中医知识

还需要学习西医基础

而目前干针从业者的培训有不足之处。基于以上理由

我们认为

干针只是针灸学中针刺疗法的一部分

是传统针灸现代发展的一种表现。
