患者

女

68岁

2015年6月2日于我科就诊。主诉:双下肢麻木无力5 d。病史:5 d前受凉后出现双下肢束带感、麻木

泡脚后症状减轻

当晚自胸以下有轻度束带感

伴胸闷不适

双下肢麻木、无力加重至不能行走

于外院诊断为"急性脊髓炎"。治疗期间出现排尿困难

大便需借助开塞露

因拒绝大剂量激素冲击疗法

为求中医治疗入我科。既往有糖尿病、心肌缺血
