摘要

研究针刺对细胞信号转导的影响

是揭示针刺治疗脊髓损伤(SCI)作用机制的有效途径。笔者通过回顾和分析近10年来针刺治疗SCI的实验研究文献

发现针刺可通过调节胞间第一信使和环磷酸腺苷、环磷酸鸟苷、Ca

(2+)

及一氧化氮等胞内第二信号分子的表达

干预细胞凋亡信号通路、Rho/Rock信号通路、Wnt信号通路、MAPK信号通路及Notch信号通路等信号途径而发挥促进SCI再生修复的效应

认为今后的研究应重视细胞信号转导立体网络的探索

并注意研究不同配穴、刺激方法等对细胞信号转导影响的差异

这对揭示针刺的临床应用规律

优化临床治疗方案具有重要意义。
