摘要

目的:回顾性分析浮针保髋治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法:对采用浮针在患肌周围扫散、配合再灌注活动进行治疗的44例股骨头坏死患者

通过电话随访

评价其疗效。结果:随访44例患者临床治愈率为22.7%(10/44)

有效率为70.5%(31/44)

无效13例。综合分析考虑临床疗效与病程长短、病因以及分期相关。结论:浮针保髋治疗股骨头坏死安全有效

其疗效与病情轻重及病因相关。
