摘要

目的:评价平衡针疗法治疗无先兆偏头痛的临床疗效。方法:本研究采用评价者盲法、随机对照试验设计

将40例无先兆偏头痛患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组脱落1例

各19例。观察组穴取头痛穴(足背第1、2跖骨结合前凹陷处中点)

对照组取对应的假穴位(足背第3、4跖骨结合前凹陷处中点)

两组采用相同刺法

每天1次

每周5次

共治疗4周。于治疗前、后和治疗后4周随访时进行患者综合评分和疼痛视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分。结果:观察组治疗后综合评分及VAS评分均较治疗前降低(均P<0.05)

累计头痛持续时间及头痛每月发作次数亦均低于治疗前(均P<0.05)

但随访时VAS评分高于治疗后(P<0.05)。对照组治疗后及随访时上述指标均较治疗前差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。观察组治疗后及随访时上述指标均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后差值、治疗前与随访时差值综合评分与VAS评分组间比较

观察组均高于对照组(均P<0.05)

而治疗后与随访时差值组间比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论:平衡针疗法针刺头痛穴治疗无先兆偏头痛的疗效显著

能明显改善头痛程度。
