摘要

目的:比较针刺脊椎关节突关节及横突为主与常规针刺治疗第3腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效差异。方法:将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组40例。观察组予针刺脊椎关节突关节及横突、臀大肌臀上皮神经入臀点及委中穴

对照组予常规针刺气海俞、L_2

_4夹脊穴、臀大肌臀上皮神经入臀点及委中穴

两组均每天治疗1次

每周治疗6次

共治疗2周。观察两组患者治疗前、治疗后及治疗后6个月的视觉模拟评分(VAS)、日本骨科协会下腰痛评分(JOA评分)和简体中文版Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(SC-ODI)

并评价两组临床疗效。结果:观察组的总有效率为95.0%(38/40)

高于对照组的82.5%(33/40

0.05);两组治疗后及治疗后6个月VAS评分、SC-ODI评分均较治疗前下降

0.05)。结论:针刺脊椎关节突关节及横突为主治疗第3腰椎横突综合征疗效较好

可明显减轻患者疼痛

改善腰椎功能活动

提高患者生活质量

优于常规针刺。
