摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线配合隔姜灸与常规针刺对比治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效差异及其对T淋巴细胞亚群和自然杀伤细胞(NK)细胞活性的影响。方法:将60例脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者随机分为埋线隔姜灸组与常规针刺组

每组30例。埋线隔姜灸组采用穴位埋线配合隔姜灸治疗

穴位埋线穴取关元、肾俞、脾俞、足三里、气海

每周治疗1次;隔姜灸穴取关元、气海、足三里

每3天治疗1次

均连续1个月。常规针刺组采用常规针刺

穴取关元、肾俞、脾俞、足三里、气海

每天治疗1次

每周治疗6次

休息1 d

连续1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后的临床症状积分、疲劳量表-14积分、疲劳评定量表积分、实验室指标及临床疗效。结果:(1)两组治疗后临床症状积分、疲劳量表-14积分和疲劳评定量表积分均较本组治疗前降低

差异均有统计学意义(均P

埋线隔姜灸组临床症状积分、疲劳量表-14积分和疲劳评定量表积分均低于常规针刺组

调节脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征患者T淋巴细胞亚群水平及NK细胞活性

是治疗脾肾阳虚型慢性疲劳综合征的有效方法。
