摘要

自《灵枢?背腧》首论背俞穴

至宋代对背俞穴的定位形成定论

期间各医家对背俞穴提出了多种定位方法。本文综述了背俞穴的不同定位方法

在此基础上探讨各家理论对背俞穴定位存在分歧的原因

进而发掘背俞穴最初设立的理论背景与依据

并提出结论:背俞穴的标准化定位只是相应背俞穴可能分布的范围的中心点

具体在临床应用时应因人制宜

配合按压揣定穴位。
