摘要

分析卒中后焦虑障碍的病机特点

结合脏腑的生理病理特点

探讨"心""脑"与卒中后焦虑障碍的相关性。通过查阅文献总结临床针灸治疗本病取穴规律

进一步探讨调理"心""脑"治疗卒中后焦虑障碍的针灸取穴思路。卒中后焦虑障碍属于脑器质性焦虑障碍

神机受损是其基本病机

"心""脑"共患是发生卒中后焦虑障碍重要原因。针灸治疗从"心""脑"同治的角度出发

以五脏、气街、四海、经络等理论为依据

结合针灸配穴的方法进行选穴

穴取百会、风府以调脑

取心俞、神门以调心

心脑同调

有助于缓解卒中后焦虑障碍。
