摘要

目的:观察针刺疗法与艾灸疗法治疗功能性消化不良(FD)的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例FD患者随机分为针刺组和艾灸组

针刺组剔除1例

艾灸组脱落3例

最终针刺组29例、艾灸组27例纳入统计。两组均取中脘和足三里穴

针刺组予以针刺治疗

艾灸组予艾灸治疗

均每日1次

连续5次为一疗程

疗程间休息2 d

治疗4个疗程

共20次。分别于治疗前后观察利兹消化不良问卷(LDQ)与尼平消化不良指数(NDI)量表评分

并进行安全评估。结果:与治疗前比较

两组治疗后LDQ症状总积分均降低(均P<0.01)

针刺组降低程度大于艾灸组(P<0.05);在上腹痛、早饱、上腹灼烧感症状改善上

针刺组优于艾灸组(均P<0.01)。与治疗前比较

两组治疗后NDI生活质量量表评分均增加(均P<0.01)

两组治疗前后差值比较

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针刺疗法和艾灸疗法均能改善FD症状

且针刺优于艾灸。
