摘要

目的:观察穴位埋线结合耳穴贴压与单纯耳穴贴压治疗脾胃不和型失眠的临床疗效差异。方法:将180例脾胃不和型失眠症患者随机分为观察组(93例)和对照组(87例)。观察组采用穴位埋线结合耳穴贴压疗法

穴位埋线取中脘、安眠、心俞、脾俞、胃俞、足三里、阴陵泉、三阴交穴

每2周1次;耳穴贴压取神门、皮质下、心、脾、胃

左右侧耳交替

每周2次

2个月为一疗程。对照组使用单纯耳穴贴压疗法

取穴、操作方法及疗程与观察组相同。1个疗程后观察两组患者临床疗效

并比较两组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分

治疗结束后3个月随访复发情况。结果:观察期间观察组患者脱落2例

对照组患者脱落4例

均视为无效病例。治疗后观察组总有效率为92.5%(86/93)

对照组总有效率为80.5%(70/87)

观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组PSQI评分均较治疗前明显降低(均P<0.05)

且观察组治疗后评分及治疗前后差值均优于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组治疗后3个月随访

观察组复发率为3.2%(3/93)

低于对照组的13.8%(12/87

P<0.05)。结论:穴位埋线结合耳穴贴压治疗脾胃不和型失眠症在临床疗效、改善睡眠质量和复发率方面优于单纯耳穴贴压疗法。
