大杼穴对"膝痛不可屈伸"疗效卓著

其作用机理多被解读为"骨会大杼

主治骨病"。但笔者通过文献探索、对相关经典的学习研究、资深专家的意见研讨及临证经验与体会

提出了一些新的认识。通过对"膝痛不可屈伸"病机和大杼穴腧穴特性的深入解析

结合经筋辨证与现代肌筋膜链理论

认为大杼穴"主膝痛不可屈伸"

是凭借其独特的"区位"优势

发挥调节多重脏腑、经络、经筋乃至肌筋膜链的作用来实现的。供同道参考。
