摘要

以"艾灸""温热刺激"为关键词

收集1995年6月1日至2016年6月1日Pub Med、中国期刊全文数据库、万方数据库的艾灸温通效应机制研究的文献。从艾灸温热刺激的角度分析探讨艾灸温通效应的启动机制。结果表明:艾灸穴位局部温度升高

激活穴位局部的特异感受器、热敏感免疫细胞、热休克蛋白等以启动艾灸温通效应、诱发多种局部效应

并经神经、体液途径

将艾灸温热刺激信号以及后续效应传导至远部器官及全身

引起远部特定靶器官和全身系统的后续效应。
