摘要

目的:比较八髎穴隔姜灸配合补肾活血方与单纯补肾活血方治疗卵巢储备功能低下患者的疗效差异。方法:将50例卵巢储备功能下降的患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组25例。观察组患者采用八髎穴隔姜灸配合补肾活血方治疗

艾灸一次治疗时间约为1.5 h

7 d治疗1次

经期停用;对照组患者采用补肾活血方治疗。两组均1个月为一疗程

治疗3个疗程结束

观察两组患者治疗前后卵泡刺激素(FSH)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E_2)、抗苗勒管激素(AMH)、窦卵泡计数(AFC)、血流收缩期峰值流速(PSV)、阻力指数(RI)的改变情况。结果:两组治疗后血清FSH、FSH/LH及RI明显降低

血清E_2、AFC及PSV明显提高(均P<0.05)

观察组治疗后血清FSH、FSH/LH、E_2低于对照组

而AFC高于对照组

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:八髎穴隔姜灸配合补肾活血方在改善卵巢储备功能方面优于单纯补肾活血方治疗。
