摘要

系统整理古今督脉病候内容并重新认识其内涵。搜集古今医籍、文献中与督脉病候相关的内容

对其进行聚类、分析后发现

古代对督脉病候的认识主要包含与督脉循行部位、联系器官以及功能失调有关的疾病

现代督脉病候涉及脊柱、神经、呼吸、消化、泌尿生殖、头面五官等方面

古今对于督脉病候的内涵界定和范畴认识有着高度相似性。对比督脉病候与脊柱相关疾病

认为二者极有可能是东西方不同医学背景下内容高度重合的两个概念。
