患者

女

16岁。就诊日期:2016年4月11日。主诉:双眼视力下降

视物模糊、变形3个月。现病史:3个月前无明显诱因出现双眼视力下降

曾于省内某医院就诊

诊为"中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变"

予以芪明颗粒、甲钴胺治疗

效一般

遂于千佛山医院门诊就诊。刻下症见:双眼视物不清、变形

无眼红、眼
