摘要

耳鸣为公认的难治性疾病

在临床屡见不鲜

多从肝、肾入手治疗。笔者在治疗耳鸣时

经过辨证喜从心论治

当患者左侧寸口脉象出现异常时

尤其适合从心论治

往往能取得良好效果。查阅分析古籍文献

发现心假经络开窍于耳

肾为耳之主

心为耳之客

与肾共同主耳之能

心肾功能正常则耳聪能听。心脏分泌的心房利钠多肽(ANP)

其受体在耳部有广泛分布

具有增加耳蜗血流量的作用。本文主要探析心与耳之间的联系

为中医由心论治耳鸣提供理论依据。
