摘要

针灸理论与实践关系的问题

随着针灸临床发展而日渐突出。本文从理论研究自身的角度

探讨其原因和认识方法。针灸的一般方法特点可概括为施治处和施术法

相关内容的理论构建在针灸理论体系范畴中都相对薄弱。针灸施治处有多种

主要包括血络、经筋、分肉、对应点等

而不惟腧穴;与相应施术法共同构成针灸多样方式。腧穴近治作用

也是针灸刺激的基本作用

与针灸多样方式更为相关。因此

全面认识腧穴及有关经脉理论

才能把握理论的临床指导意义

为创新方法提供理论支撑。
