摘要

患者

男

58岁。就诊日期:2016年3月6日。主诉:双下肢内、外侧疼痛、无力4年

加重1月余。病史:4年前无明显诱因出现双下肢内、外侧疼痛、无力

口服甲钴胺片、扶他林片等药物

疗效不佳

1个月前症状加重。刻下症:双下肢内、外侧疼痛且无力

受寒、劳累时加重

遇热、休息时缓解;伴双目昏花

双侧上肢肌肉酸痛、无力

下肢肌肤甲错

背腰部怕冷

纳眠可

小便正常

大便溏薄

每日二三次;舌淡胖、苔薄白

脉沉弦。查体:双侧上肢肌力Ⅳ级、下肢肌力Ⅳ级

四肢肌张力正常。辅助检查:
