摘要

目的:观察足三里穴位自血和0.9%Na Cl溶液注射对原发性卵巢功能不全患者卵巢功能的影响。方法:将60例卵巢功能不全患者随机分为观察组和对照组

每组30例。观察组使用自体静脉血行足三里穴位注射治疗

对照组予观察组同等体积0.9%Na Cl溶液行足三里穴位注射治疗。1周1次

疗程均为3个月。分别于治疗前及治疗1个月后、2个月后、3个月后检测患者卵巢功能

主要包括卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E2)

并比较治疗前后子宫内膜厚度及两组临床疗效。结果:与治疗前比较

观察组治疗1个月后FSH降低(P<0.05)

治疗2个月后、治疗3个月后FSH、LH均降低(均P<0.05)

E2均升高(均P<0.05);与治疗1个月后比较

治疗2个月后、治疗3个月后FSH、LH均降低(均P<0.05)

E2均升高(均P<0.05);与治疗2个月后比较

治疗3个月后FSH降低(P<0.05)

E2升高(P<0.05)。对照组血清各指标治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。与对照组比较

观察组治疗1个月后FSH

治疗2个月后及治疗3个月后FSH、LH、E2

差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。与治疗前比较

观察组治疗后子宫内膜厚度增加(P<0.05)

对照组子宫内膜厚度差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组子宫内膜厚度治疗前后差值大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组临床有效率分别为83.3%(25/30)和46.7%(14/30)

差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:足三里穴位自血注射可明显改善卵巢功能不全患者卵巢功能

促进子宫内膜生长。
