摘要

目的:观察柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合针刺背俞穴与单纯柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例患者随机分为中药组和针药组

每组30例。中药组单纯服用柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤

每天1剂

连续治疗1个月;针药组在中药组基础上针刺背俞穴

穴取双侧心俞、肺俞、脾俞、肝俞、肾俞

并结合辨证配穴

留针30 min

每日1次

10次为一疗程

疗程间休息3 d

共治疗3个疗程。使用疲劳量表-14(FS-14)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)对两组患者治疗前后的疲劳状况进行评估。结果:两组患者治疗后FS-14评分(包括躯体疲劳评分、脑力疲劳评分、总评分)及SAS评分均低于治疗前(均P<0.01)

且针药组上述指标改善情况均优于中药组(均P<0.01)。结论:柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤联合针刺背俞穴治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床疗效显著

优于单纯柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤。
