摘要

黄褐斑是一种获得性色素沉着过度

可累及脸颊、鼻子、上唇、前额、下颏

以上部位可单发

也可多发

是皮肤科美容科一种非常常见的碍美性疾病

影响主要人群是女性。遗传和种族偏好、外源激素治疗、化妆品、怀孕和紫外线暴露都是可能的病因。笔者尝试利用近年来流行的水光注射联合传统穴位注射治疗黄褐斑

并且在水光注射中应用复方当归注射
