摘要

探索押手在针刺临床中的重要性。通过文献学习和笔者临床体会

总结、归纳、分析押手在临床针刺前、针刺中及针刺后3个阶段的作用

发现押手在临床针刺操作前发挥诊察号穴、揣穴定位

在针刺操作中发挥参与进针、进行补泻

在针刺出针后发挥出针补泻、整理善后的作用。说明押手不仅是在针刺操作过程中或针刺补泻过程中发挥重要作用

而且参与了针刺操作的整个诊疗过程

并对于指导临床治疗、提高临床应用水平也有很大帮助。
