摘要

目的:观察五经配伍调气法针刺与常规西药治疗肝胃不和型胃食管反流病的临床疗效差异。方法:将60例患者根据西医分型分为非糜烂性反流病(NERD)和反流性食管炎(RE)两个区组

然后将两区组患者分别随机分为观察组与对照组

最终观察组28例(退出2例)

对照组29例(退出1例)。在生活调护基础上

观察组用五经配伍调气法针刺治疗

穴取足三里、冲阳、胃俞、中脘、行间、少府、大敦、太冲、肝俞、期门、膻中、中庭

留针30 min

每周3次。对照组用雷贝拉唑肠溶胶囊常规口服治疗

每日1次。两组均连续治疗8周;观察两组治疗前后及治疗结束后4周临床症候积分

并从3个方面(两组主要临床症状、胃镜下炎性反应改善情况及临床总体症候)评价疗效。结果:两组治疗后及随访时症候积分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)

随访时观察组症候积分改善优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组NERD与RE两分型患者症候积分均较治疗前下降(均P<0.05)。观察组治疗后胃脘灼热症状总有效率为82.1%(23/28)

低于对照组的93.1%(27/29)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后嗳气症状总有效率为94.1%(16/17)

高于对照组的75.0%(15/20)(P<0.05);观察组治疗后胃镜下炎性反应改善总有效率为75.0%(12/16)

对照组为82.4%(14/17)

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗后临床总体症候总有效率为82.1%(23/28)

对照组为86.2%(25/29)

差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:五经配伍调气法针刺治疗肝胃不和型胃食管反流病能改善临床症候、胃镜下炎性反应

有改善嗳气等优势

疗效较持久。
