摘要

目的:观察腹针与西药对腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS-D)的疗效差异。方法:将61例IBS-D患者随机分为腹针组(31例

脱落1例)及西药组(30例

脱落2例)

腹针组穴取引气归元穴(中脘、下脘、气海、关元)、腹四关穴(双侧滑肉门、外陵)、调脾气穴(双侧大横)

隔日治疗1次

每周治疗3次。西药组采用匹维溴铵片口服

每次50 mg

每日3次。两组均治疗4周。观察两组治疗前后及治疗结束后3个月肠易激综合征症状严重程度积分(IBS-SSS)

对比治疗前后主要症状(包括腹痛腹胀、腹泻、大便不尽感、排便急迫感、大便性状异常)评分

记录不良反应

并评价临床疗效。结果:(1)治疗后及随访时

两组IBS-SSS均低于治疗前(均P<0.01)

且腹针组积分均低于西药组(均P<0.05)

腹针组较治疗前改善程度均优于西药组(均P<0.01)。(2)治疗后两组腹痛腹胀、腹泻、大便不尽感、排便急迫感、大便性状异常症状评分均低于治疗前(P<0.05

P<0.01)

且腹针组腹痛腹胀、腹泻、大便不尽感以及大便性状异常症状积分均低于西药组(P<0.05

P<0.01)。(3)腹针组的总有效率和愈显率均高于西药组[(86.7%(26/30)vs 64.3%(18/28)

P<0.05;70.0%(21/30)vs 35.7%(10/28)

P<0.01)]

总体临床疗效优于西药组(P<0.05)。两组均无不良反应。结论:腹针治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征具有显著的临床疗效

可改善患者腹痛、腹胀、腹泻、大便不尽感、大便性状异常的症状

并有一定的远期疗效

优于单纯西药治疗。
