摘要

患者

女

13岁

于2016年5月19日就诊。主诉:排尿障碍伴左下肢无力6月余。病史:患者出生时脊髓中线偏左侧有一囊性肿物

表面分布毛发

无分泌物。患者自幼时出现排尿困难

小便无力、淋沥不尽

大便干燥

排便次数不规律

并于2013年出现间断性尿失禁

排尿、排便困难加重

并伴有左下肢萎缩无力。患者于6个月前因体育活动出现腰痛

左下肢无力

休息后好转。就诊于北京清华长庚医院

行腰骶MRI检查显示:脊髓圆锥位于L4

1水平

轴位及冠状位见脊髓纵裂

脊髓脊膜膨出;
