摘要

从血管生物学的角度分析神阙穴的结构特异性。首先

从神阙穴的结构解剖、组织解剖、分子解剖3个层面进行分析。结构解剖:神阙穴具有明确的血管结构

是唯一可以直接作用于血管内膜的腧穴;神阙穴具有的血管联系和丰富微循环

是神阙治疗效应特异性的基础。组织解剖:内皮细胞和微血管内皮细胞是神阙穴治疗效应启动环节特异性的组织基础。分子解剖:瞬时感受器电位香草酸家族(TRPV)通道、内皮细胞分泌的神经肽在神阙穴位结构功能中的作用。然后

根据神阙穴位的血管生物学特异性分析神阙隔盐灸"回阳救逆"的机制在于有效针对微血管内皮细胞功能障碍以及重复温热刺激方式获取最大化灸量。最后指出

神阙穴的血管生物学结构特征为以神阙作为治疗部位实现直接针对内皮细胞的治疗提供了可能。
