摘要

患者

女

32岁

主因"左下腹包块、疼痛2年"于2016年9月29日就诊于我科。2014年8月因备孕需要于当地某二甲医院针灸调理

某次在针刺右侧子宫穴后出现局部包块

伴瘀血、疼痛

1周后再次于同部位针刺后腹痛加重

此后疼痛持续存在。同年9月于某三甲医院诊断为"神经痛"

予扶他林软膏外用

无效。2014年10月发现怀孕后未予进一步检查及治疗

症状持续存在。2015年7月行剖宫产手术

手术切口位于包块附近

手术前后疼痛持续存在

无明显变化。2015年11月3日于另三甲医院行腹部B超示:右下腹壁肌层的部分肌纤维回声明显增高

提示慢性肌炎表现。诊断为"肌炎"

予中频电疗治疗

无效。
